Music Training Boosts Children’s Decision Making Skills

A new neurological study (see below) conducted by the University of Southern California (USC) has concluded that in as little as two years of learning, music can change the structure of the brain’s white matter and boost networks implicated in decision making in children.

This is news that is to be welcomed by all involved in music at any level, and if you, or any of your family or friends aren’t, there’s never a bad time to start.

And with Christmas just around the corner, feel free to check out what we have on offer for your budding musician, be it DJ lessons, gift vouchers, studio hire, mixing, mastering, publishing, merchandise, equipment or more.

As the scientists in Los Angeles have established, music is for life, not just for Christmas!
